Living Wisdom School Seattle

Living Wisdom School of Seattle was established 6 years ago as Living Wisdom Preschool. We added a half day and full day kinder-garten for the 2006-2007 school year.We added grade 1 for 2007-8, and we are adding grade 2 for the 2008-9 school year. We plan to add a grade or two each year until we have a complete Preschool through grade six school.

New Programs Started this Fall 2008:

We are now enrolling for Preschool, Kindergarten, and Grades 1 - 4 for the 2008-2009 School Year.

Gives children information and knowledge they need for achieving success in today's world.
Gives students the tools of maturity so that they may become more fulfilled and happy human beings.
Includes training in the following four areas:

Physical: balance, fitness and energy.
Mental: Intellect, focus, clarity and intuition.
Emotional: calmness, sensitivity, kindness and cooperation.
Spiritual: truthfulness, serenity, inspiration, higher awareness and offering service to others.

Living Wisdom Schools are based on the Education For Life system: a holistic system of education which emphasizes experiential learning, spiritual development, and practical skills for living such as concentration, self-discipline and compassion.

The first Living Wisdom School was established in Nevada City, California 34 years ago. Today there is a network of Living Wisdom Schools located in Nevada City, Palo Alto and Sacramento, CA; Portland, OR; and Seattle, WA.
